Founded in 2006, SPLD Trading & Consulting Co.，Ltd(hereinafter, 'SPLD') is an independent, professional and highly efficient one-stop supply chain service provider in Asia.

We specialize in the field of new product sourcing, factory auditing, inspecting and consulting. Our mission is to optimize resources and deliver value. We pride ourselves in providing highly integrated and customized supply chain solutions with integrity, quality, efficiency and our perfect effectiveness service concept.

In order to adapt to the new situation of global trade and realize the shift of part of our purchaing strategy, we set up a branch office in Hanoi, Vietnam in 2021 and mainly responsible for the development of new products and suppliers, which provides a more comprehensive guarantee to meet the needs of customers.

Speed and flexibility - We guarantee to be at any client’s factory for inspection or audit within 48 hours. Clients are allowed to modify or cancel bookings up until 4 pm (China time)the day before the scheduled inspection or audit.

Customization – We provide customized service and client portal for each client to maximize customer satisfaction for inspection or audit service.

Comprehensive Inspection – We will issue on-site inspection report within 2 hours after finish inspection and deliver official inspection report no later than the noon time on the next day after inspection date. Every report includes detailed pictures; you can see what the inspector sees.
